*jkshbvsdjgfosedhfpiuh AAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!* Okay I feel better now. Awhile back I discovered the joy of Transformers, and not that long ago I learned that people did costumes of them. Holy Crapersnaps!! It totally blew my mind, my fav things in the world, Transformers and cosplay, together in one harmonious kick-ass package. The ever lovely Lylix ([link] go check her out!) did nothing to encourage me after I saw her Arcee (lies), she just made every damn muse in my head sit up and promptly react like like a crap load of heavily caffinated 6 year olds. I have pictures, diagrams, and way to much overthinking happening. I have finally settled on a bot. Her names Glyph, figured I should do the TFA version, since it looks simpler (lies) than her other versions. I've already filled 3/4 pages in my little sketch book with ideas for her. Now I just need to get off my aft and actually make her. I won't lie, I'm majorly intimidated by this. I have enough problems just doing regular costumes, this is a whole new ball of wax, or foam, whatever. Ultimate dream is to make Glyph and then take her to Botcon 2010, but that is highly unlikely. It would be nice if I had a little help to do her, but since my sister; who by the way wants me to help her make some Disney Princess costumes; has shown zero interest in helping and has taken to calling me a freak, nerd, fangirl (in a bad way) whenever I haul out my sketchbook lately. My parents are supportive, but I don't think they would be that supportive of the whole idea; or of helping me do it either. Gah! I really wish I had some friends who were more into the whole cosplay thing as well as the Transformers. If you'll excuse me, I'm going to fin a dark corner with Wi-fi access and curl up with a warm laptop and a bag of Reese Pieces in an attempt to shut the voices in my head up now. Goodbye.
